Cancellation Policy
A quick note about bookings and sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Individual Session, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance—otherwise, the booking fee will be forfeited. For Group Styling Sessions, we kindly ask for one week’s notice if there are any changes. A minimum of five sessions per group booking applies, and charges may still apply if participants don’t attend. A little reminder about privacy: To make sure everyone enjoys their own time and space, we kindly ask that you don’t bring friends or family members to sit in during your session. If someone would love to join, they’re welcome to book their own session at the same time. Thanks so much for understanding—we can’t wait to style you!
