As the Founder and Director of KindHer Threads, I lead the vision, development, and day-to-day operations of our mission to support women through personalised and confidence-building styling experiences.
Drawing on my previous career as a registered Psychologist, I bring an understanding of how clothing, identity, and wellbeing intersect, ensuring every woman who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and uplifted.

Carl Hughes
As a Director of KindHer Threads, Carl Hughes brings extensive leadership and legal expertise to the governance and strategic direction of the organisation. Drawing on his background as a Director and Solicitor at Gouldson Legal, Carl provides critical guidance across compliance, risk management, and long-term planning, ensuring the organisation operates with integrity, sustainability, and a strong community focus.

Anna Nicholls
As Chair of KindHer Threads, Anna Nicholls brings her exceptional expertise in organisational development, governance, and human-centred leadership from her work with Concinnity. With deep experience guiding teams through change, cultivating healthy workplace culture, and aligning strategy with purpose, Anna provides steady, thoughtful oversight to the organisation. Felicity Lawrence
As Secretary of KindHer Threads, Felicity Lawrence brings her strong organisational leadership, governance experience, and strategic clarity from her work with The Lawrence Group. With a background that spans business operations, stakeholder coordination, and high-level administrative oversight, Felicity ensures our compliance, documentation, and governance processes run with precision and transparency. Her calm, solutions-focused approach and sharp attention to detail help keep the organisation steady and accountable as we grow.

Treasurer
Norelle Maurer
As Treasurer of KindHer Threads, Norelle Maurer brings her extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial systems, and small-business accounting through her work at MV Bookkeeping. She oversees all financial operations with precision and transparency, ensuring our budgeting, reporting, and compliance processes are sound and sustainable. Norelle’s strength lies in creating structure, clarity, and confidence around the numbers—crucial foundations for a growing not-for-profit.

Nadja Jones
As a Board Member of KindHer Threads, Nadja Jones brings a deep well of clinical expertise, leadership, and community-focused practice. With a background in psychology and extensive experience running her own private practice, she understands the importance of dignity, confidence, and support during life’s most challenging seasons. Nadja also served as a Director for Lifeline Darling Downs, where she contributes to strategic direction and crisis-support initiatives across the region.
Her combined skills in mental health, governance, and community engagement help guide KindHer Threads with compassion, clarity, and a strong commitment to empowering women through meaningful, practical support.
